You agree and click to confirm the terms of this agreement and complete the registration process before you can become an officially registered user of AUDAR and enjoy various services of AUDAR. Your registration, login, use, etc. will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement or have any questions about the terms of this agreement, please immediately stop the AUDAR user registration process and you can choose not to use the AUDAR service.

1   How AUDAR uses your personal data?

1.1 How, when, and for what purposes does AUDAR collect and make use of your personal data?

Creating accounts, and purchasing or registering products or services

If you submit requests online to create an account or to purchase or register our products or services, we may ask you to provide information, such as your email address, delivery address, phone number, product information, time of purchase, and method of payment to implement your purchase orders, deliver your products or services, activate or verify your products, make changes upon your request, provide technical support or authorized updates, and more.

Setting the AUDAR application services

Once you connected your AUDAR Watch with application, the AUDAR may collect demographic information about you, as well as information about your health and wellness, including your date of birth, gender, height, weight, physical activity levels, ECG, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and sleep hours information related to your menstrual cycle, and metabolic rates and levels.

Participating in promotions or market surveys

After receiving your approval, we may ask you to provide relevant information, such as your phone number and email address, to contact you, send you information about products and services that you may be interested in or invite you to AUDAR promotions and market surveys upon your agreement. You can ask AUDAR not to use your personal data for promotions or market surveys. To do so, please contact the AUDAR Watch after-Sales services, or send your feedback by clicking the “About”   in our website or application.

Sharing content with your friends

If you use AUDAR services to share content with your friends, we may need you to provide your friends' contact information, including but not limited to any SNS accounts and email addresses. AUDAR may use such information to send invitations to your friends by email, instant messages, SNS, or SMS/MMS. The information will only be used for the purpose of sending invitations. AUDAR will not save this information or use such information for other purposes.


AUDAR may collect system and application data from your devices in order to inform you about available system or application updates. Such information may include your device name, system and application versions, region and language settings, device identification numbers (IMEI, ESN, MEID, and SN), and your service provider's network ID. AUDAR processes such information for the sole purpose of informing you about system or application updates.


AUDAR may collect certain information for analysis, including your device name, device version, device identification numbers (IMEI, ESN, MEID, and SN), the fuzzy geographic location information of your device (such as the ID of the area where your device is located), your service provider's network ID (PLMN), how you use your applications, and the IP address you use to access the Internet. AUDAR Watch collects and processes such information to provide you with the best personalized user experience and to customize content, improve our products, analyse the efficiency of our business operations, analyse our market share, improve the security of AUDAR's networks and services, and activate your after-sale services.


If your device or application experiences any errors, you can choose to send the error information to AUDAR so that AUDAR and AUDAR's partners can provide you with troubleshooting services. AUDAR may collect relevant information about the issue, such as your device model, application name and version, device identification number, and error logs.

Synchronizing, sharing, and storing data

Some of the services that AUDAR provides allow you to synchronize, share, and store data. AUDAR may collect and store data that you upload or download and data required to implement uploads and downloads.


1.2  Location-based services

When you access certain location-based services, for example, when you use AUDAR Watch and Application to record your running distance and map data, AUDAR may collect, use, and process the precise or fuzzy location information of your device. This is to allow AUDAR to provide the preceding services for you. Information collected may include your device identification numbers (IMEI, ESN, MEID, and SN), type, model, and real-time location information (including that obtained through GPS, Wi-Fi, and your service provider's network ID). AUDAR collects location information anonymously to provide and improve location-based products and services.

"Non-personal information" refers to information that cannot be used to identify a specific person. AUDAR may collect aggregate statistical information, such as the number of visitors to our website. AUDAR collects such information to understand how people use our application, products, or services. In this way, AUDAR can improve and streamline our services to better meet customer needs. AUDAR may, at its own discretion, collect, use, transfer, or disclose non-personal information for other purposes.


2 How AUDAR uses cookies

To make sure our websites function properly, we sometimes place small data files on your computer or mobile devices, known as cookies. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It contains anonymous information, such as a unique identifier, the site name, digits, and characters. Cookies allow websites to remember information, such as your preferences. 3 How AUDAR sharing your personal data

AUDAR makes the best commercial endeavour to keep the accuracy of your personal information, and we will delete or amend the information upon your request. Under the terms and conditions of AUDAR, you can manage your personal information at any time, such as your personal account registration information.


5 How International data is transferred

AUDAR products and services may be provided using resources and servers located in various countries and regions around the world. Therefore, your personal information may be transferred across international borders outside the country where you use our services. Those countries may not have laws providing specific protection for personal data, or they may have different legal regulations on data protection. In such cases, AUDAR will ensure that there is a legal basis for such transfers and that adequate protection for your personal data is provided as required by applicable laws. For example, AUDAR may use standard agreements approved by corresponding authorities (where necessary) or take other appropriate technical and organizational information protection measures.

6 How AUDAR protects and retain your personal data

AUDAR maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information we obtain through the Services against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorised destruction, interference, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. We also maintain reasonable procedures to help ensure that such data is reliable for its intended use and is accurate, complete and current.

We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, unless otherwise extending the retention period is required or permitted by law. The data storage period may vary with scenario, product, and service. The standards AUDAR uses to determine the retention period are as follows: the time required to retain personal data to fulfil business purposes, including providing products and services; maintaining corresponding transaction and business records; controlling and improving the performance and quality of products and services; ensuring the security of systems, products, and services; handling possible user queries or complaints and locating problems; whether the user agrees to a longer retention period; and whether the laws, contracts, and other equivalencies have special requirements for data retention; etc. We will maintain your registration information as long as your account is necessary for service provision. You can choose to deregister your account. After you deregister your account, we will stop providing you with products and services through your account and delete your relevant personal data, provided that deletion is not otherwise stipulated by special legal requirements.


7 Healthy Statement


7.1 Medical device interference

AUDAR Watch contains components and radios that release electromagnetic fields. These electromagnetic fields and magnets can interfere with medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. Consult your physician and medical device manufacturer for specific information about medical devices, and whether you need to keep medical devices at a safe distance from AUDAR Watch and straps. If you suspect that the AUDAR Watch and strap are interfering with your medical device, discontinue use. AUDAR Watch is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis. Nor is it intended to cure, alleviate, treat or prevent any symptoms or diseases. Consult your healthcare provider before making any decisions related to your health.


7.2 Heart rate monitoring statement

AUDAR Watch cannot detect a heart attack. If you experience chest pain, tightness, or what you think is a possible heart attack, consult a doctor or seek help in time. If you feel uncomfortable, symptoms such as a rapid heartbeat, violent beats or tremors, dizziness, etc., you should see your doctor in time even if you haven't received notification from AUDAR Watch.


7.3 ECG monitoring statement

The ECG app cannot detect heart disease. If you experience chest pain, tightness, or what you think is a possible heart attack, consult a doctor or seek help in time. The ECG application cannot detect a blood clot or stroke. Nor can other heart-related diseases be detected, including high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, high cholesterol, or other forms of arrhythmia. If you feel unwell or have any symptoms, consult your doctor or see a doctor right away.


7.4 Fall detection statement

AUDAR Watch can detect if you have fallen. In the event of such an accident, it will issue a severe fall alert so that you can ask for help in time. If you do not respond within 60 seconds, it will automatically alarm through the Anrui platform. You can also make SOS calls to the emergency contacts set on your watch at the same time, and your emergency contacts will be notified and learn your location information. If the call to the first emergency contact fails, it will contact the next emergency contact set. If the fall detection alarm system is triggered due to certain sports conditions, you can click to ignore the alarm prompt. AUDAR Watch's fall detection alarm function is only an auxiliary tool for daily activities and cannot be used as a medical-grade alarm device. If, due to Internet communication and abnormal AUDAR Watch equipment, SOS and fall detection fail to report to the police in time, or the alarm fails to reach the set contact person, AUDAR Watch manufacturing, distribution, retail and service providers (including but not (Limited to medical and pension institutions).


7.5 Sports statement

Consult your physician before starting or modifying any fitness program with AUDAR Watch. If you are sure that using AUDAR Watch will affect your physical condition (such as cramps, dizziness, eye fatigue, or headache), consult your physician before using AUDAR Watch.


8 How this Policy is updated

This Privacy and Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our personal information practices with respect to the Services, or changes in the applicable law. We will post a notice on our website and/or your device to notify you in advance of material changes to our Privacy and Terms of Service and indicate at the top of the notice when it was most recently updated.
