Cannot find the Bluetooth device you want to pair in the Devices list?


1) Please boot up your Bluetooth device and make sure it has enough power. Keep the device in Bluetooth transmission range, make sure the Bluetooth function is enabled on the phone. and then click [Search] again. If you still cannot see the device, please try several times;

Tip: with Android system, please allow AUDAR to get access the location service.

2) Check if the device is still being paired with another phone , after unpairing,   then follow the instructions in (1);

Tip: To unpair with an I0S phone, you need to forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings.

3) Please check your phone system, the AUDAR requires I0S 8.0 and above or Android 4.4 and above.

4) If there are a large number of Bluetooth devices active or trying to pair around you, please move to an area with comparatively few Bluetooth devices to avoid interference and try searching for pairing again.

5) Try restarting both the Bluetooth device and your phone;



Cannot display SMS, Calls and Social App notifications on Bluetooth devices?


1) Make sure that you have enabled the notifications function for SMS, Calls, and social media apps in your phone's settings, and ensure that your phone notifications can be pop-up successfully.

Tip: for Android phone you need to allow AUDAR APP to access "Phone" and "Read Address Book" contacts; (This setting is for mobile application rights management, please refer to the official website of your mobile phone brand for details)

2) Make sure that the AUDAR app is still running properly (do not force close the background processes), make sure that the device is in range of the Bluetooth connection and that the Bluetooth is always connected to the app.

3) Please check the device settings in the AUDAR app to make sure that the notification function for incoming calls, SMS, etc. is turned on;

4) Please check if the APP has "Do Not Disturb Mode" turned on, you will not be able to receive alerts after it is turned on;

5)Please make sure that the "Notification access" is enabled in the AUDAR APP of Android. Both of them need to be enabled, as shown in the figure below:

The data of the Bluetooth device cannot be synced to the APP or the data is lost?


1) Please ensure that the heart rate, blood pressure, step count, etc. can be correctly measured on the bracelet;

2) Please check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on;

3) Please make sure that after opening the APP, check whether the sidebar of the APP is connected successfully, as shown in the figure below;

4) After the connection is successful, try to refresh the synchronized bracelet data by pulling down on the APP homepage;

5) Please make sure to open the APP every day to synchronize data, otherwise historical data will be lost;


What factors can affect heart rate detection results?


1) Non-standard wearing methods will affect the measurement of heart rate signals: for example, light leakage due to incomplete fit, slight movement of the bracelet on the skin, etc.;

2) Wearing the bracelet too tightly, raising the arm and making a fist, etc. will affect the blood circulation, and may also affect the heart rate signal;

3) Individual differences such as skin color, hair, tattoos and scars may also affect heart rate monitoring when worn correctly.


How to make blood pressure measurement more accurate?


1) First, fill in the gender, age, body and weight correctly in the APP;

2) Use a medical sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure and input the result into the APP blood pressure calibration value for saving as a basis for calibration, and then use the wrist watch to measure blood pressure to obtain more meaningful data. The measurement results are for reference only and not for medical purposes. If you feel unwell, please seek medical attention in time.
